Environmental Grief: Coping with chaos and destruction in our environment

Care about the environment? Do climate change deniers depress you? Does the state of the environment leave you feeling anxious and overwhelmed? We want solutions to our own issues and those of Mother Earth, but it can only happen if we have the strength and willpower to do something about it. Grief expert Kriss Kevorkian recognizes that a human tendency to despair over the degradation of the environment is a real and natural response, and it is a growing problem. This class will provide solutions for moving past the emotions and finding the energy and inspiration to keep moving forward.
