Teaching Resources for K-12

Facing the Future is an organization that supports educators in their task of providing students the skills, tools, and perspectives to become fulfilled human beings, responsible global citizens, and effective stewards of a sustainable future.

Our curriculum aligns with a collection of eight sustainability Big Ideas, utilizing perspectives and information from multiple disciplines and cultures for learners to explore topics in a variety of contexts.

Facing the Future provides additional resources for educators through its active Pinterest account and bi-monthly blog, which addresses environmental issues that complement our curriculum.

As educators, our task is to help give students the skills, tools, and perspectives to become fulfilled human beings, responsible global citizens, and effective stewards of a sustainable future.
