Dann May

Dann May is a professor of geology, philosophy and anthropology at Peninsula College. Dann received his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in geology from the University of Washington and a master’s in philosophy from the University of North Texas. He previously taught religion and geology at Oklahoma City University, and was director of the Vivian Wimberly Center for Ethics and Servant Leadership, OCU`s nationally recognized service-learning program. He has won awards for excellence in teaching and for his research and work in service-learning. Prior to his pursuit of a teaching career, he worked as an exploration geologist for Standard Oil.
